Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a book that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@franklinpublication.com with:
* Your order number
* Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
* A description of the issue
Upon review, Franklin Publication, LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement copy of the same title.
Personalized and Signed Copies
Books that are personalized, autographed, or custom-inscribed are made specifically for the purchaser and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Note: If no name is provided, the book will be signed with the author’s signature only.
Shipping Costs/ Order Cancellations
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
